Terms and Conditions
All orders placed with delivery addresses outside of the UK will be cancelled and fully refunded as I am not currently shipping outside of the UK due to current limitations. Any damage caused by postage will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis through emails in order to retain a paper trail. If you contact me through Facebook or Instagram about postage or quality issues, I will have to redirect you to emails. Any other quality issues will again be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. I will take product images before packing and postage for reference in case of quality issues. If credit card chargebacks are filed, I will refuse service in the future to you. If you have filed a chargeback in the past and then place another order, I will cancel the order and refund you the full amount.
